Principal: Chloe James BA (Hons) PGCE FIDTA DEx Dip

Chloe was three years old when she was taken along to her first dance class and was instantly hooked. Unlike most little girls it was never her dream to be a ballerina or performer herself, but always wanted to be a dance teacher. After 22 years of classes, grade work, examinations theory study, performances, festivals,assisting dance classes, Chloe was able to realise this ambition when she obtained her first Associate Tap Exam with the IDTA.

Chloe does not believe in standing still and realises that as a dance teacher it is vital to continue to learn and expand on expertise. She continues to keep up to date with all the latest trends in steps and ever changing updates in grade examinations. To this end Chloe continues to study and add to her qualifications under the expert eye of Miss.Jan Virno of the IDTA. Chloe continues to study in order that she may pass on her knowledge and love of dance to her pupils. Chloe is currently studying for her Fellowship Tap-Tap being her greatest love of all the dance disciplines.

Qualifications

20th January 2002 – Licentiate tap

14th April 2003 – Dance Exercise Teaching diploma

14th July 2003 – Associate Freestyle

8th February 2004 – Licentiate Freestyle
